After three rounds of judging, the finalists for the 2014 Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest have been announced, with nearly half of the 13 finalists coming from the Madison area. The Madison area finalists include: Elucent Medical, Spectrom, Little Green Pencil, MobCraft Beer, WebRacing, and Digsite.
