A new incubator and shared commercial kitchen for food based business will be opening in Madison later this year. The Food Enterprise & Economic Development Project (FEED) received nearly $375,000 in grants and loans “to help aspiring entrepreneurs start and grow local food businesses.” This incubator will provide a shared commercial kitchen space, training, and support for these businesses.
